Not impressed at all with Yume Sushi. I find it amazing that CL does not have a critic's pick of Kanapai or Vizen. These are the two best sushi places is Sarasota. Both places are Japanese owned and the owners are also the head sushi chefs, so every detail of the cuisine is authentic. Kanpai is a more casual sushi place that has affordable prices and the sushi is excellent. Kanpai is a great place for lunch or a casual dinner. Vizen is more formal and has high end sushi, some of it very hard to find (in Florida). Vizen is perfect for special occasions or when you want to impress out of town guests. Both Kanpai and Vizen are great because they serve the sushi aficionados love for affordable and high end sushi. Plenty of sushi for everybody!
