Late Night Greatness

   I've been to Lan after 10pm with friends a few times now, when the "Late Night Menu" is out. I loved the Naked Brie. Everyone who works there is lovely. Lan feels sophisticated and classy, while simultaneously feeling hip and modern. I love it.
   
   The $$ price range definitely applies to the Late Night menu, but it's mostly small-ish portions. It's my understanding that at dinner time there is a fixed price 3-course menu for $35 (which I guess would put it into the $$$$ range). I don't know if it's possible to order a la carte at that time or not, as I've only been there after 10pm.

   More than outstanding. Lan has a deft touch when it comes to pairing ingredients and making them sing on the palette ... Stop go now ... enjoy arguably the best chef and room in the city ...
